Treatment Uses:

 Custom Body Wrap or Mask
Base Mix: 1 part mud powder + 1–1.5 parts warm water or hydrosol
Treatment Amounts:
– Full body: 4–6 oz dry powder
– Spot areas: 1–2 oz dry powder
• Optional Add-ins: Aloe vera juice, rose water, herbal extracts, shea butter
• Apply evenly, wrap, and rest for 20–30 minutes. Rinse thoroughly.
Best results when preceded by exfoliation with dry brushing or a salt/oil scrub

Facial or Décolleté Mask
• Blend ½ oz powder + ½ oz water
• Optional: Add 1–2 drops lavender or chamomile hydrosol for calming benefits
• Leave on for 8–10 minutes; remove with a warm towel or sponge
Great for dull, congested, or stressed skin types

Mud Poultice or Compress
• Basic Mix: 2 Tbsp powdered mud + 2 Tbsp hot herbal tea (e.g., chamomile, calendula)
